Join us as we explore mindfulness with the help of our four-legged friends in real-time. Take this journey with us and learn how mindfulness (or lack thereof) impacts our lives and relationships. Working with the horses creates a judgement-free zone as we practice and experience mindfulness together.

The skill of focusing your awareness on the present moment over and over again. NOT BEING IN YOUR THINKING BRAIN…JUST BEING.
Week 2:
Observe and Adjust.
Mindfulness is about noticing without judgement and giving or asking for what is needed.


Week 3:
Grounding for Relaxation

Elements common to grounding.
Follow Up:
Practice.
